Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Quark Network account and associated data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once processed — please make sure any unclaimed balance, referral history, or presale records are no longer needed before proceeding.

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Quark Network app:

1. Open the Quark Network app and sign in with your Google account.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Your account, balance, and transaction history are removed immediately once confirmed.

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@quarknetwork.org from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your in-app username. We verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

• Your profile (username, linked email, device registration)
• Your mining balance and mining/session history
• Your referral relationships and referral stats
• Your transaction and presale claim records tied to your account

Account data is removed from our production database at the time of deletion. Residual copies that may exist in encrypted backups are purged on our standard backup rotation, within 90 days. Where blockchain transactions have already been broadcast (e.g. on-chain token claims or presale purchases), those records exist independently on the Solana public ledger and are outside our control to delete.
